TUSCAN LEMONDROP (Created by Chris Asay)
2 oz. Van Gogh Vodka
1 oz. Limoncello di Capri
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
4 – 1/4 inch thick slices Cucumber
3 Basil Leaves
3 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
Garnish: One basil leaf, Three cucumber slices
Muddle 4 – 1/4 inch thick slices of cucumber and 3 Basil Leaves in a shaker. Add ice, Limoncello di Capri, Van Gogh Vodka and lemon juice. Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters and garnish with basil and cucumber.
KETEL ONE APPLE KICKER
1 ¼ ounces- Ketel One Vodka
¼ ounce- Lillet Blanc
½ ounce- Fresh Lemon Juice
3 ounces- Organic Apple Juice
1 dash- Organic Apple Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a fan of golden apple slices.
DEEP EDDY SUMMER SHANDY
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
Pint favorite light beer
KETEL ONE DUTCH SUMMER
¾ ounce- Ketel One Oranje Flavored Vodka
¾ ounce- Ketel One Citroen Flavored Vodka
½ ounce- Asian Pear
1 ounce- Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ ounce- Honey Syrup (2:1)
2 ounces- Ginger Beer
Muddle pear in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add Ketel One Oranje, Ketel One Citroen, lemon juice and honey syrup and shake with ice. Double strain into a pilsner glass over crushed ice. Stir in ginger beer. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with fresh shaved ginger and lemon zest.
KETEL ONE CIETROEN PEACH JACOBOUS
1 ½ ounces- Ketel One Citroen Flavored Vodka
¼ ounce- Applejack Brandy
½ ounce- Peach Puree
2-3 dashes- Rhubarb Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well with ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fan of peach slices.
WHISKEY
PEACH SMASH
45 ml Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Spirit Whiskey
4 Mint Leaves
¼ Lemon – sliced
1 medium Peach
15 ml Water
15 ml Simple Syrup
Mix mint leaves, lemon slices, peach, water and simple syrup in shaker. Add Rebecca Creek whiskey and shake over ice. Strain into rocks glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a peach slice.
GIN

4 Basil leaves
2 Mint sprigs
1 Lemon wedge
1 oz Cucumber syrup
1 oz Light rum
½ oz Gin
½ oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz Lemonade
Muddle first four ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients.
MEZCAL

1oz Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub
0.5oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Capalletti Liquor
1 Drop of Burlesque Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Strawberries.
TEQUILA
Cucumber Chili Margarita
2 parts Sauza® Cucumber Chili Tequila
1 part DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur
2 parts fresh lemon sour
Juice of a whole lime
Garnish with a lime and a slice of cucumber
In a glass filled with ice, combine Sauza® Cucumber Chili Tequila, DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur, fresh lemon sour and juice of a whole lime. Garnish with a lime and float a thin slice of cucumber.
CACTUS SUNRISE
2 oz Caliwater Cactus Water
1 oz Pomegranate liquor
1 tequila
squeeze of lemon + lime
Cucumber Chili Cooler
1 part Sauza® Cucumber Chili Tequila
3 parts lemon lime soda
Garnish with a wedge of lime (optional)
In a glass filled with ice, combine Sauza® Cucumber Chili Tequila and lemon lime soda. Garnish with a wedge of lime (optional).
HOT DESERT LEMONADE
2 oz Caliwater Cactus Water
1 oz tequila
squeeze of lemon + lime
squeeze of hot honey
Sauza® Watermelon Margarita
1½ cups Sauza® Signature Blue Silver Tequila
½ cup DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur
1 cup Pucker® Watermelon Schnapps
3 cups sour mix
Sliced watermelon (optional)
Add ingredients to an ice-filled pitcher. Add watermelon garnish, stir and enjoy! Serves 8.
Sauza® Cucumber Chili Rita
2 cups Sauza® Cucumber Chili Tequila
1 cup DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur
2 cups fresh lemon sour
Juice of 6 whole limes
Slices of limes for garnish (optional)
Add ingredients to an ice-filled pitcher. Add sliced limes and stir. Serves 8.
Sauza®-Rita
1 can Sauza® Signature Blue Reposado Tequila
1 bottle light beer
1 can frozen limeade
1 can water
Pour limeade and beer into a pitcher with ice. Fill limeade can with Sauza® Blue Reposado and pour into pitcher. Finally, add a can of water and stir.! Serves 9.
Summer Lovin’
1 ½ parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
½ parts JDK & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
½ large ripe mango
2 ½ parts fresh orange juice
2 parts lime juice
2 parts simple syrup
½ cups ice
¼ lime
Sugar or Salt for rimming the glasses
Peel, seed and chop your mango. Put all ingredients except for the ice into your blender and blend until smooth. Then add the ice. Prepare your glass by rubbing the rims with a lime wedge and then dipping the rims into a plate of either salt or sugar, depending on what you prefer. Pour the margarita into the prepared glass.
Splish Splash Margarita
1 ½ parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1 ½ parts frozen limeade
3 parts of Jarritos Tutifruti Soda
1 lime wheel for garnish
Salt for rim
In a glass filled with ice stir together limeade, Sauza Tequila and Tutifruti soda. Stir well. Rim your cocktail glass by wetting the edge of your glass with a lime wheel then dip in a plate of salt. Serve over ice. Add lime wheel for garnish.
DESERT DISCOVERED
2 oz Caliwater Cactus Water
1 oz tequila
muddled cucumber
RUM
Malibu Piña Colada
1 part Malibu
½ part coconut cream
1 ½ part pineapple juice
Fresh pineapple wedges
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Malibu and coconut cream. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
Malibu Bay Breeze
1 part Malibu
1 part cranberry juice
1 part pineapple juice
1 lime wedge
Build in a glass over ice, garnish with a lime wedge.

1 oz Black cherry infused syrup
½ oz Lime juice
4 each Fresh raspberries
1½ oz Light rum
½ oz Orange liqueur
Muddle first three ingredients, then add the rum and liqueur. Pour over ice into a tall glass.
Malibu Red Tropical Margarita
1 part Malibu Red
2 parts sour mix
½ part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
Fill a glass full with ice cubes. Add Malibu Red and the rest of the ingredients and stir. Rim glass with sea salt (optional).
Malibu Island Spiced Dark & Stormy
1 part Malibu Island Spiced
2 parts ginger beer
1 dash bitters
1 lime wedge
Pour the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Malibu Beach House
1 ½ parts Malibu Black
3 parts pineapple juice
Splash of fresh lime juice
Soda
Pour the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
OTHER LIQUORS
ANGELO FIZZ (Created by Gegam Kazarian)
1 ½ oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
½ oz Limoncello di Capri
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Egg white
Sparkling water
Garnish: Rosemary, thyme, bergamot
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and add ice continuing shaking. Pour in a Collins glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary, thyme and scent with bergamot.
CAPRI SPRITZ
1 oz. Limoncello di Capri
5 oz. Prosecco wine or Champagne
Pour Limoncello di Capri in a flute or martini glass, top with Prosecco or Champagne.
Frangelico Mojito
½ lime
1 bar spoon brown sugar
6/7 mint leaves
4 parts Frangelico
Sparkling water
Muddle lime wedges with brown sugar, add ice, mint leaves and Frangelico. Complete with soda, stir and garnish with fresh mint.
The Frizzante
2 parts sparkling water
1 part Frangelico
1 fresh lime
Pour Frangelico over ice and top with sparkling water. Squeeze fresh lime, stir and serve.
Tuscan Mule
1½ parts Frangelico
4 parts ginger ale
Build over ice in a tall glass and garnish with an orange slice.
Italian Lemonade
1 part Frangelico
1 part vanilla vodka
Add Frangelico and vodka and fill with lemonade over ice in a tall glass. Sprinkle with grated hazelnuts for garnish.
Lemon Martini
1 part Frangelico
1 ½ parts SKYY Vodka
Pour Frangelico and vodka, adding a splash of lemonade or lemon juice, club soda to taste. Shake and serve on the rocks or straight up.

3-4 frozen strawberries
2 ounces seltzer water

Grab your favorite glass or plastic Champagne coupes, add a scoop of Raspberry Sorbet and fill the flute with Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut. Top off with fresh raspberries.
SPARKLING SANGRIA
Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut
1 cup of sparkling grape juice
¼ cup orange liqueur
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
8 mint leaves
Place mint leaves in a pitcher and press leaves slightly to release flavor. Add sliced strawberries, grape juice and orange liqueur. Soak in fridge for one hour. Fill wine glass halfway with ice, and pour half of sangria mixture. Top with Cava, and garnish with mint leaves.
