2 parts Ole Smoky® White Lightnin’
2 parts Amaretto

Splash of Cola Garnish: Ole Smoky® Moonshine Cherries™
Mix ingredients over ice

1 oz. Lavazza espresso
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Grand Marnier

Prepare in mixing glass, serve it topped with fresh cream in a Martini cocktail glass.

Lavazza Espresso Match Point Martini
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Kahlúa
1 oz. Lavazza espresso
Lightly whipped cream for topping
1 malted milk ball (instead of an olive, of course)

Fill mixing glass with ice cubes, add ingredients and stir quickly to chill, strain into a chilled Martini glass and top with layer of whipping cream and garnish with malted milk ball, if desired.

Salerno Sicilian Cooler

Solerno Sicilian Cooler
2 oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
.75 oz. Campari
.75 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 oz. soda water

Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass, stir briefly to combine and chill. Garnish with a thinly sliced lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.

3/4 oz fresh lime
3/4 oz simple (1:1)
1/8 oz allspice
1/8 oz vanilla bean simple syrup
1 oz Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley is preferred)

1/2 oz simple syrup (1:1)

1 1/2 oz Hennessy Black
3/4 oz fresh lemon
3/4 oz seasonally spiced Texas Persimmon simple syrup
1/4 oz Bigallett China-China French Amer

The Leonardo Punch
2oz of lemon sugar
8 1/2 oz of clear apple juice
8 1/2 oz of ginger ale
4 oz of Amaro Lucano
4 oz of Brandy
4 bar spoons of bitter cardamom
citrus slices

Place 60 ml of lemon sugar, 250 ml of clear apple juice and 250 ml of ginger ale in a punch bowl. Add 125 ml of Amaro Lucano and 125 ml of Brandy, four bar spoons of bitter cardamom and last add the citrus slices. Serves 6 people.

1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
Splash of Club Soda

Pour Campari and Cinzano Rosso Vermouth over ice in a rocks or highball glass. Add a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange twist.

Calvados Cider Punch
1 1/2 cups Boulard Calvados VSOP
8 cups Musselman’s apple cider
1 750-ml. bottle Clos Normand dry hard cider
3 12-oz. bottles Gosling’s ginger beer
Several dashes Angostura orange bitters
Juice of one lemon
Orange sliced into rounds and cinnamon stick for garnish

Pour all liquid ingredients into large, clear serving bowl, adding ginger beer last. Stir lightly. Slice one orange into rounds and place into punch fan-style. Serve using a ladle. Recipe serves 15-20.
