Beer Cocktail Recipes

SHANGHAI BURRO
1.5 oz Bracero Blanco Tequila
12 oz Lucky Buddha Asian Lager
1.5 oz lemongrass ginger syrup or Monin Ginger Syrup
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Club soda

Fill a 20 oz Pilsner beer glass 2/3 full with ice, add 1oz. Bracero Blanco Tequila, 1.5 oz. Ginger syrup, splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Pour 2/3 of one bottle of Lucky Buddha into glass and top with club soda and mix well. Add ice if needed. Garnish with slice of lemon.

GM Beer ShandyGRAND MARNIER BERRY SHANDY
1.5 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
1 strawberry
0.5 oz ginger syrup
6 oz wheat beer (Blue Moon)

Muddle strawberry and ginger syrup, add ice. Top with beer. Float GMCR on top. Garnish with a strawberry.

GRAND MARNIER SHANDY ICE AND SPICE
1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
6 oz Wheat Beer (Blue Moon)
Chili/salt/spice (Old Bay)

Rim glass with spice blend. Pour beer over ice, stir in lemon juice, float GMCR on top. Serve with an orange slice.

GRAND MARNIER MICHELADA
1.5 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
6 oz Mexican Beer (Tecate)]

Pour beer, stir in lime juice, float GMCR on top. Serve with a lime slice.

GM RASPBERRY PEACH GRAPEFRUIT SHANDY – WHEAT
1.5 oz Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
0.75 oz grapefruit juice
6 oz wheat beer (Blue Moon)

Combine juice and beer over ice. Stir. Top with GMRP. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Beer’s Knees CocktailBEERS KNEES (Recipe by Brooke Arthur)
1 1/2 oz gin
1oz freshly pressed lemon juice
1oz honey syrup
3oz Widmer Hefeweizen

In a pint glass, add spirits and mixers. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled collins glass with or without ice. Top with Hefeweizen. Garnish with a lemon wedge. 

THE MAYAN WINTER
1 oz Tequila Anejo
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz cinnamon syrup
Indio beer
2 slices of fresh ginger

Place ginger slices, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and anejo tequila into a cocktail shaker and fill with cubed ice. Add Indio beer and stir to combine,  garnish with lemon discs or shaved ginger.

THE SANDIA BEER TRAIL
Sandia Beertail (10)3 cubic inches of watermelon
1 oz mezcal
½ oz agave nectar
½ oz lime juice
Indio beer

Muddle the watermelon in a shaker, add mescal, agave and lime juice. Shake hard with cubed ice and strain into a highball glass over ice. Add Indio beer and stir to combine, garnish with a watermelon flag or an edible flower.
